League of Arab States Mission in Kenya Host Talk on Emotional Intelligence in Enhancing Productivity.

On 5 July 2026 the Arab Cultural Forum in Kenya hosted a knowledge gathering at Gem Forest Hotel under H.E. Ambassador Dr Khalid Mohammed Al-Kathiri, Head of the League of Arab States Mission in Kenya. The featured lecture, “The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Enhancing Productivity,” was delivered by Guest of Honour Engineer Saleh Mohammed Al Shanfari, CEO of Oman Food Investment Holding Company.

Guests included H.E. Nasra Salim Mohamed Al Hashmi, Ambassador of Oman to Kenya and Maram Makhamreh, Economic Counsellor at the Embassy of Jordan. The session examined how self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication and trust strengthen leadership, decision-making, teamwork and productive workplace cultures while advancing cultural and diplomatic dialogue between the Arab world and Kenya.
